An application for approval as an ordningsvakt must include the applicant’s name, address, and personal identity number or date of birth, plus specified training evidence and a photo. Intyget över godkännande som ordningsvakt ska innehålla ett foto och vissa uppgifter om den godkända personen, giltighetstiden, utbildningar, hunduppgifter och eventuella villkor eller begränsningar. An application for approval as a trainer in the use of force must be made in writing and include the applicant’s name, address, and personal identity code or date of birth.
