About this statute

If the debtor is a natural person, the Finnish Legal Register Centre must enter the debtor’s date of birth and place of birth in the register. Domstolen och Rättsregistercentralen måste föra in vissa uppgifter om konkursärenden i registret. If the debtor is a natural person, Rättsregistercentralen must enter the debtor’s date and place of birth in the register. The court must record specified company restructuring case information in the register, and the Finnish Legal Register Centre must enter the final report date based on the supervisor’s notice, or the debtor’s notice if no supervisor exists.
