Skatteförvaltningen is led by the Director General, and its units are led by their unit heads. A unit may also have tasks related to managing, steering, or developing processes connected to other units’ tasks, as set out in the working order. The Tax Administration’s management group supports the director general and unit heads and handles listed administrative and strategic matters. Unit managers must set goals for their processes and business units, and those process owners and managers must report achieved results at the times the unit manager sets.
