9 § Förfarande för att nå samförstånd Om de behöriga myndigheterna inte i ett samråd enligt 8 § har kunnat nå samförstånd om överföring av ett straffrättsligt förfarande, ska den behöriga myndigheten vid behov hänskjuta ärendet till Eurojust.
