Statute overview

About this statute

The Judicial Training Board must centrally announce internship places once a year, and the National Courts Administration must handle the practical steps and prepare a summary of applicants’ merits. A judge may appoint a district notary with two months’ service to take part in certain cases, but not in difficult cases alone or as chair. The chief judge may allow a court clerk trainee to interrupt judicial training for a grounded reason, and the interrupted period may be completed at the same court. The chief judge then appoints the trainee for the remaining time.
