About this statute

A 15-year-old’s ordinary working time may not be longer than that of 18-year-old workers doing similar work, and an apprenticeship student’s study time plus work time may not exceed 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Workers under 15 must not be assigned overtime or emergency work.
