About this statute
Certain persons may appeal a election committee decision to the Northern Finland Administrative Court within 30 days after the election result is published. A skolt is treated as having been notified of certain village meeting or school board decisions, or election results, once the decision or minutes extract has been made available in Enare municipality and in the trustee’s office; if the decision concerns only one skolt, service is deemed complete when that person is proved to have received it. Certain persons may appeal decisions of the village meeting or school council to the Administrative Court of Northern Finland, but not decisions that only give a non-binding opinion to an authority. Appeals must be filed within 30 days of announcement. Ändring av närings-, trafik- och miljöcentralens beslut får sökas genom besvär hos Norra Finlands förvaltningsdomstol.
