Statute overview

About this statute

The section defines “oavlönad tid” and says some pregnancy and parental leave periods can count as time in work for up to three years. Income basis for unpaid-time benefits is treated as income for the relevant calendar year, and some of that income counts toward pension at 121%. When income for the remaining time is determined, income that forms the basis for pregnancy, special pregnancy, or parental allowance is counted at the amount stated in section 68(3) and (4).
