The permit requirement does not apply to certain home care arranged regardless of time of day or to certain community housing. Välfärdsområdet must without delay give the regional state administrative agency certain information it received under sections 11 and 12, except information about providers that only produce the support services in section 19 of the Social Welfare Act. The register must not include information about service providers that produce only the support services referred to in 19 § of the Social Welfare Act.
