24 § Förfarandet vid miljökonsekvensbedömning Vad som i 29 a § i lagen om förfarandet vid miljökonsekvensbedömning föreskrivs om sändande av tillståndsansökan och tillståndsbeslut till Finlands miljöcentral tillämpas också på framläggningsfasen enligt 22 § i denna lag i fråga om utredningsplaner och järnvägsplaner och på beslut om godkännande enligt 28 § i denna lag. Vad som i 29 a § i lagen om förfarandet vid miljökonsekvensbedömning föreskrivs om sändande av tillståndsansökan och tillståndsbeslut till Finlands miljöcentral tillämpas också på framläggningsfasen enligt 22 § i denna lag i fråga om utredningsplaner och järnvägsplaner och på beslut om godkännande enligt 28 § i denna lag.
