Statute overview

About this statute

Inkomstregisterenheten must disclose specified income-register data to certain users and authorities, despite secrecy rules, when another law gives a right to receive the data. A cooperation group supports the Income Register Unit, handles specified development and cooperation issues, and is appointed by the Ministry of Finance in the manner described. Inkomstregisterenheten must give the cooperation group an annual report on its activity connected to the income data system, and prepare next year’s operating and financial plan plus a three-year development plan for the system.
