Statute overview

About this statute

The regulation covers Transport and Communications Agency public-law transport services, the bases for them, and fees for other chargeable transport-related services. Transport- och kommunikationsverket must charge fees listed in the annex at self-cost value for chargeable public-law services. Transport- och kommunikationsverket may waive a fee or charge a reduced fixed fee for certain trainings and information meetings, and it charges reduced fees for the listed services. Transport- och kommunikationsverket tar ut avgifter enligt bilagan för vissa uppräknade prestationer, och avgiften ska vara högre än självkostnadsvärdet. An annual fee is charged each calendar year, unless the appendix says otherwise. If a permit or approval covered by an annual fee is granted for less than one year, a monthly share is charged for each complete 30-day period in the permit period, unless the appendix says otherwise.
