1 § De bestämmelser som hör till området för lagstiftningen i de ändringar i konventionen om vägtrafik (1968) som antagits av arbetsgruppen för vägsäkerhet inom Förenta nationernas ekonomiska kommission för Europa vid sin 86:e session i Genève den 13 mars 2023 ska gälla som lag, sådana som Finland har förbundit sig till dem. De bestämmelser som hör till området för lagstiftningen i de ändringar i konventionen om vägtrafik (1968) som antagits av arbetsgruppen för vägsäkerhet inom Förenta nationernas ekonomiska kommission för Europa vid sin 86:e session i Genève den 13 mars 2023 ska gälla som lag, sådana som Finland har förbundit sig till dem.
