Lag om ändring av lagen om utkomststöd

The Council of State may issue rules on the amount of a applicant’s housing expenses, and it must adjust housing expenses at least once a year. For people aged 16 or older with celiac disease, an additional EUR 38 per month is counted as other basic expenses.

About this statute

The Council of State may issue rules on the amount of a applicant’s housing expenses, and it must adjust housing expenses at least once a year. For people aged 16 or older with celiac disease, an additional EUR 38 per month is counted as other basic expenses. The basic amount of income support may be reduced by up to 20% for certain immigrants who refuse or fail, without justified reason, to take part in an integration plan or related employment measures.
