Local Government (Superannuation) Act (Northern Ireland) 1950 An Act to provide for the establishment of the Northern Ireland Local Government Officers' Superannuation Committee; to empower the Ministry of Health and Local Government to make provision, by regulations to be administered by the said Committee, for the grant of superannuation benefits to or in respect of officers of local authorities and certain other bodies; to repeal, with certain savings, the existing law relating to the superannuation of officers of local authorities; and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid.
