1 PARLIAMENTARY SERVICE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2008 (ACT 763) ACT 763 THE SEVEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-THIRD ACT OF THE PARLIAMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF GHANA ENTITLED PARLIAMENTARY SERVICE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2008 AN ACT to provide for the amendment of the Parliamentary Service Act, 1993 (Act 460) to enable the budget estimates of the Parliamentary Service to be submitted to the President for onward submission to Parliament and for related matters. DATE OF ASSENT: 24th November, 2008. ENACTED by the President and Parliament: Section 15 of Act 460 amended Section 15 of the Parliamentary Service Act, 1993 (Act 460) is amended by the insertion after section 15 of section 15A. "15A Submission of estimates The Board shall at least two months before the end of the financial year submit to the President the estimates of the Service and the President shall at least one month before the end of the financial year cause the estimates to be laid before Parliament without revision but with any recommendations that the President may make on them".
