The Act’s section arrangement is amended by replacing “Tribunal” with “Court” in the heading of Part VIII. Section 66(1) of Act 654 is deleted. This section amends section 67 of Act 654 by replacing “Tribunal” with “Court” wherever it appears. Section 68 of Act 654 is deleted. This section amends Section 69 of Act 654 by replacing the word “Tribunal” with “Court” wherever it appears.
