Earmarked Funds Capping and Realignment Amendment Act, 2025
This Act amends the Earmarked Funds Capping and Realignment Act, 2017 by replacing its Schedule.
REPUBLIC OF GHANA Act 1132 The One Thousand one hundred and thirty-second ACT OF THE PARLIAMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF GHANA ENTITLED EARMARKED FUNDS CAPPING AND REALIGNMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2025 AN ACT to amend the Earmarked Funds Capping and Realignment Act, 2017 (Act 947) to expunge the National Health Insurance Fund, the Ghana Education Trust Fund, the Road Fund, the Mineral Income Investment Fund, the Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund, Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Retention and transfers to the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation from petroleum revenue from the Schedule.
