REPUBLIC OF GHANA Act 1132 The One Thousand one hundred and thirty-second ACT OF THE PARLIAMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF GHANA ENTITLED EARMARKED FUNDS CAPPING AND REALIGNMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2025 AN ACT to amend the Earmarked Funds Capping and Realignment Act, 2017 (Act 947) to expunge the National Health Insurance Fund, the Ghana Education Trust Fund, the Road Fund, the Mineral Income Investment Fund, the Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund, Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) Retention and transfers to the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation from petroleum revenue from the Schedule. Date of Assent: 2nd April, 2025 PASSED by Parliament and assented to by the President Schedule to Act 947 amended The Earmarked Funds Capping and Realignment Act, 2017 (Act 947) is amended by the substitution for the Schedule, of Act 1132 Earmarked Funds Capping and Realignment (Amendment) Act, 2025 "SCHEDULE (sections 2(a), 2(b), 3(1), 3(2), 3(5)(a), 6(l)(a), 7(a) and 8) TDENTWYED EARMARKED FUNDS SRN ITEM 1 Energy Fund 2 Internally Generated Funds (IGF) Retention 3 Transfers to the Youth Employment Agency from the Communications Service Tax 4 Students Loan Trust 5 Export Development Levy 6 Airport Passenger Service Charges 7 Minerals Development Fund 8 Plastic Waste Recycling Fund 2 Earmarked Funds Capping and Realignment (Amendment) Act, 2025 Act 1132 Date of Gazette notification: 2nd April, 2025. 3 PRINTED BY GHANA PUBLISHING COMPANY LTD.
