ELECTRONIC TRANSFER LEVY (REPEAL) ACT, 2025 ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS Section .. 1. Act 1075 and Act 1089 repealed: 2. Savings Act 1127 Act 1127 REPUBLIC OF GHANA The One thousand one hundred and twenty-seventh ACT OF THE PARLIAMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF GHANA ENTITLED ELECTRONIC TRANSFER LEVY (REPEAL) ACT, 2025 AN ACT to repeal the Electronic Transfer Levy Act, 2022 (Act 1075) and the Electronic Transfer Levy (Amendment) Act, 2022 (Act 1089) and to provide for related matters. Date of Assent: 2nd April, 2025 PASSED by Parliament and assented to by the President Act 1075 and Act 1089 repealed 1. The following enactments are repealed: (a) the Electronic Transfer Levy Act, 2022 (Act 1075); and (b) the Electronic Transfer Levy (Amendment) Act, 2022 (Act 1089). Savings 2.
