Citation This Notice may be cited as the Wild Animals Protection (Approval of Hunting Appliances) Notice.(E.R. 3 of 2023) 2. Approval of hunting appliances The following hunting appliances are approved for the purpose of hunting wild animals—(a) poisons commonly used to kill rats, mice, cockroaches, mites, ticks, bugs, fleas, lice and similar household pests; (b) insecticides and agricultural pesticides; (c) spring-back traps of a size and type commonly used to kill rats and mice; (d) cage traps smaller than 331 millimetres in length, 181 millimetres in width or 156 millimetres in height commonly used to capture rats, mice and similar pests.
