About this statute

This bylaw controls conduct, parking, and vehicle access inside a transport interchange, and gives the Corporation and authorized persons powers to manage traffic, signs, tickets, passes, permits, and enforcement. This provision lets the Corporation set and vary certain fees and parking charges, requires notice of those charges, gives an authorized person power to collect them, and sets out fixed-penalty enforcement, court procedures, and several transport-interchange offences. You may dispute liability by signing and delivering the form on or before the deadline; if you do, the matter goes to a magistrate.
