Amendment of references to Registrar General The Secretary for Development may, by notice (which may be given retrospective effect) in the Gazette, repeal a reference to— (Amended L.N. 330 of 1999; L.N. 106 of 2002; L.N. 130 of 2007)(a) “Registrar General”, “Registrar General (Land Officer)” or “Land Officer” and substitute the reference by a reference to the appropriate public officer; and(b) “Land Office” and substitute “Land Registry”. 32.
