Announcement pursuant to the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on Issues Relating to the Qualification of the Members of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Editorial Note:This instrument was not given a chapter number under the Legislation Publication Ordinance (Cap. 614). Pursuant to the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress on Issues Relating to the Qualification of the Members of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (a translation of “《全國人民代表大會常務委員會關於香港特別行政區立法會議員資格問題的決定》”) (Decision), the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government hereby announces that the following members of the sixth term Legislative Council, whose nominations were decided to be invalid in accordance with law due to the circumstances referred to in Article 1 of the Decision during the nomination period of the election for the seventh term Legislative Council originally scheduled for 6 September 2020, were disqualified from being members of the Legislative Council on 30 July 2020— Kenneth LEUNG KWOK Ka-ki Dennis KWOK Wing-hang Alvin YEUNG
