About this statute

This Ordinance sets up the Tsing Sha Control Area, gives officials power to manage traffic and tolls, and creates offences and penalties for non-compliance. The Commissioner can impose financial penalties on a toll service provider for non-compliance, but only after notice and, if possible, a chance to remedy.
