This regulation sets the fees for registered fire engineer applications, renewals, card issuance, and replacement cards, and it starts when a related amendment section comes into operation.
Fire Services (Registered Fire Engineers) (Fees) Regulation (Made by the Chief Executive in Council under section 25(1)(gb) and (ha) of the Fire Services Ordinance (Cap. 95))[1 November 2025] L.N. 176 of 2025 1. Commencement This Regulation comes into operation on the day on which section 5 of the Fire Services (Amendment) Ordinance 2017 (1 of 2017) comes into operation. 2. Fees (1) The fee specified in column 3 is prescribed for the matter described opposite to that fee in column 2.(2) In this section—column (欄) means a column in Part 2 of the Schedule.
