Green zone The green zone comprises all of the areas each of which is enclosed by—(a) a horizontal boundary that is the outermost edge line of an area shown coloured green (indicated as vehicular bridges leading to the first floor of the Passenger Terminal Building) on Plan 1;(b) an upper vertical boundary set at an elevation of +70 mPD (metres above Hong Kong Principal Datum); and(c) a lower vertical boundary set at the bottom surface of the bridge deck structure. 5.
