Citation This order may be cited as the Water Pollution Control (Tolo Harbour and Channel Water Control Zone) Order. 2. Declaration of Tolo Harbour and Channel Water Control Zone It is declared that that part of Hong Kong more particularly described in the Schedule shall be a water control zone, to be known as the Tolo Harbour and Channel Water Control Zone. 3.
