Interpretation In item 4 of Schedule 1—immediately preceding financial period (對上一個財政期), in relation to a registered scheme, means the immediately preceding financial period determined in accordance with section 79 of the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes (General) Regulation (Cap. 485 sub. leg. A).(16 of 2020 s. 12) 2. Fees (1) The amounts set out in column 4 of the Schedules are the fees prescribed in relation to the provisions specified in column 2 of those Schedules.(2) A fee prescribed in Schedule 2 is payable when an application is lodged with the Authority for the relevant approval. 3.
