Fee payable under section 10 of the Ordinance for approval of commencement of operation of amusement ride The fee payable under section 10 of the Ordinance for the approval of the commencement of operation of an amusement ride is the appropriate fee specified in Schedule 1 for that approval. 3. Fee payable under section 15 of the Ordinance for permitting the use and operation of amusement ride to be resumed The fee payable under section 15 of the Ordinance for permitting the use and operation of an amusement ride to be resumed is the appropriate fee specified in Schedule 2 for that permission. 4. B) for the approval of a person as—(a) a surveyor within the meaning of that Regulation, is $5,780;(b) a competent person within the meaning of that Regulation, is $2,910;(c) a qualified person within the meaning of that Regulation, is $1,300.
