This regulation sets the licence fees, allows prorated fees for licences shorter than 12 months, and lets the appointed public officer waive, reduce, refund, or issue a duplicate licence on application and payment of the fee.

Fees (1) The fees payable for the purposes of section 18(1)(a) of the Ordinance shall be the fees prescribed in the Schedule.(2) Where a licence is granted or renewed for a period of less than 12 months, the fees payable under subsection (1) shall be the sum obtained by dividing the amount of the prescribed fee by the number of days in the year when the licence is granted or renewed and multiplying the result by the total number of days in the months for which the licence is granted or renewed, as the case may be.(3) The appointed public officer may waive, remit, reduce or refund the whole or any part of a fee for which provision is made under this Regulation.
