Interpretation In this Notice, public transport facility (公共運輸設施) means—(a) any area that consists of the termini of 2 or more modes of public transport and is used for effecting and facilitating interchange between them; or(b) any bus terminus of more than one specified route as defined in section 2 of the Public Bus Services Ordinance (Cap. 230). 3. Designation of no smoking areas in public transport facilities The whole of each public transport facility specified in column 1 of Part 1, 2 or 3 of the Schedule and described opposite to that facility in column 2 of that Part is designated as a no smoking area.
