Citation This Notice may be cited as the Shipping and Port Control (Specification of Areas) Notice.(E.R. 2 of 2022) 2. Specification of areas The Director has specified that rafts and impoundments permitted by a licence issued under section 8 of the Marine Fish Culture Ordinance (Cap. 353) may be laid, placed, erected or maintained without his permission in those areas of the waters of Hong Kong, designated under section 5 of that Ordinance as fish culture zones, listed in the Schedule hereto.
