Suspension of this Notice during the Concession Period (E.R. 6 of 2021)(1) The operation of this Notice (except this section) is suspended during the Concession Period. (E.R. 6 of 2021)(2) Section 23 of the Interpretation and General Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 1) shall have the same effect in relation to the suspension of the operation of any provision by virtue of this section as it would have if such provision had been repealed.(L.N. 113 of 2007) 2. Restricted area The areas specified in columns 1 and 2 of the Schedule, being areas within the railway premises, are declared to be restricted areas every day during the hours specified in column 3 of the Schedule. 3.
