These rules set the fees for various legal practitioner applications, registrations, and certificates, and identify who receives each payment.
Legal Practitioners (Fees) Rules(Cap. 159, section 72) [5 August 1983](Format changes—E.R. 2 of 2019) 1. Citation These rules may be cited as the Legal Practitioners (Fees) Rules. 2. Fees (1) The fees set forth in Schedule 1 are prescribed for payment under the Ordinance. (2) The fees set forth in Schedule 2 are prescribed for payment under the Trainee Solicitors Rules (Cap. 159 sub. leg. J). Payment of fees (1) The fees set forth in Schedules 1, 2 and 3 shall be paid to the persons named in the fourth column of such Schedules, opposite such fees.
