Water Pollution Control (Eastern Buffer Water Control Zone) Order(Cap. 358, section 4)(Enacting provision omitted—E.R. 6 of 2019)[28 May 1993](Format changes—E.R. 6 of 2019) 1. Declaration of Eastern Buffer Water Control Zone That part of Hong Kong described in the Schedule is declared to be a water control zone for the purposes of the Ordinance, and is to be known as the Eastern Buffer Water Control Zone. 2. Designation of Authority The Director of Environmental Protection is designated as the Authority for the Eastern Buffer Water Control Zone. Schedule [s. 1] The area of Hong Kong bounded by grey edging on a map of the scale of 1:20 000 marked EBWCZ described as “Eastern Buffer Water Control Zone” signed by the Secretary for Planning, Environment and Lands on 19 May 1993 and deposited in the Land Registry.(21 of 2024 s. 78)
