Fee payable upon issue or renewal of certificate of exemption The fee payable to the Authority upon the issue of a certificate of exemption under section 8 or the renewal of a certificate of exemption under section 9 of the Ordinance shall be $90. 3. Fee payable upon issue or renewal of licence The fee payable to the Authority upon the issue of a licence under section 12 or the renewal of a licence under section 13 of the Ordinance shall be in accordance with the number of permitted bedspaces as follows— Number ofpermitted bedspaces Fee$ 12—20 370 21—30 570 31—40 800 41—50 1,030 51—60 1,250 61—70 1,480 71 or more 2,280 4. Adjustment of licence fee Where a licence is issued under section 12 or renewed under section 13 of the Ordinance for a period of less than 12 months, the fee for issue or renewal shall be determined by multiplying one-twelfth of the fee under section 3 by the number of months for which the licence is issued or renewed, as the case may be. 5. Waiver of fee The Authority may waive, remit, reduce or refund the whole or any part of a fee prescribed in this Regulation.
