Fees for official signatures, etc. The fees set out in column 3 of the Schedule shall be charged for the signatures and miscellaneous services set out in column 2 of the Schedule. 3. Power to reduce, waive or refund fees The Financial Secretary may, in any case or class of case, reduce, waive or refund the whole or any part of any fee payable under this Notice.
