(1) This Scheme may be cited as the Foreign Post Amendment (No. 29) Scheme, 1986. (2) This Scheme shall come into operation on the 3rd day of March, 1986. 2. In this Scheme— "Scheme No. 27" means the Foreign Post Amendment (No. 27) Scheme, 1985 ( S.I. No. 95 of 1985 ). 3. The first schedule of Scheme No. 27 is hereby amended by the substitution for the entries therein of the entries in the First Schedule of this Scheme.
