MILK AND DAIRIES ACT, 1935 (SALE OF MILK IN URBAN DISTRICT OF ENNIS) ORDER, 1985. In exercise of the powers conferred on the Minister for Health by subsection (1) of section 33 of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 (no. 22 of 1935), as adapted by article 4 of the health (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1947 (S.R. and O. 1947 No. 58), which said powers are delegated to me by the Health (Delegation of Functions) Order, 1984, I, John F. Donnellan, Minister of State at the Department of Health, hereby order as follows:— 1. This order may be cited as the milk and dairies Act, 1935 (Sale of Milk in Urban District of Ennis) Order, 1985. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order. 3. On and after the 1st day of September, 1985 the sale of milk is hereby prohibited in the Urban District of Ennis unless such milk is sold under a special designation within ithe meaning of Part IV of the milk and Dairies Act, 1935 Dated this 5th day of June, 1985.
