I, MICHEÁL MARTIN, Taoiseach, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 25 (1) of the Statistics Act 1993 (No. 21 of 1993) and for the purpose of giving full effect to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/47 of 10 December 2025 , hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Statistics (Structural Business Inquiry) (Amendment) Order 2026. 2. Article 2(1) of the Statistics (Structural Business Inquiry) Order 2026 ( S.I. No. 133 of 2026 ) is amended, in paragraph (a) of the definition of “Regulations”, by the substitution of “, as amended by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1704 of 14 July 2021 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/47 of 10 December 2025 ” for “, as amended by Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/1704 of 14 July 2021 GIVEN under my Official Seal, 30 June, 2026.
