Local Authorities (Combined Purchasing) (Amendment) Regulations, 1933.
This regulation amends the 1926 to 1933 combined purchasing regulations and adds a delivery rule for commodities sent to Dublin or Cork.

LOCAL AUTHORITIES (COMBINED PURCHASING) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1933. DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH. LOCAL AUTHORITIES (COMBINED PURCHASING) ACT, 1925 WHEREAS the Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers vested in him by Sections 3 12 of the Local Authorities (Combined Purchasing) Act, 1925 , did by the Local Authorities (Combined Purchasing) Regulations, 1926 to 1933, make and prescribe regulations and forms for the purposes of the said Act : AND WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the said Regulations in manner hereinafter appearing : NOW THEREFORE the Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers vested in him by Sections 3 12 of the Local Authorities (Combined Purchasing) Act, 1925 , does hereby order as follows, that is to say :— 1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Combined Purchasing) (Amendment) Regulations, 1933. (2) This Order shall be read as one with the Local Authorities (Combined Purchasing) Regulations, 1926 to 1933, and may be referred to collectively with these Regulations as the Local Authorities (Combined Purchasing) Regulations, 1926 to 1933. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 , shall apply to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas. 3. Paragraph (1) of Article 7 of the Local Authorities (Combined Purchasing) Regulations, 1926, shall have effect as if there were added thereto the following proviso : Provided always that where the place of delivery indicated as aforesaid is the County Borough of Dublin or the County Borough of Cork such commodity shall be delivered carriage paid at such address within such County Borough as the local authority may in their notification specify.
