FISHERIES AND FORESTRY (ALTERATION OF NAME OF DEPARTMENT AND TITLE OF MINISTER) ORDER, 1986. The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 6 (1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows: 1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Fisheries and Forestry (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1986. (2) This Order shall come into operation on the 19th day of February, 1986. 4. In any enactment— ) references to the Department of Fisheries and Forestry shall be construed as references to the Department of Tourism, Fisheries and Forestry; ) references to the Minister for Fisheries and Forestry shall be construed as references to the Minister for Tourism, Fisheries and Forestry. This Order changes the name of the Department of Fisheries and Forestry to that of the Department of Tourism, Fisheries and Forestry and the title of the Minister for Fisheries and Forestry to that of the Minister for Tourism, Fisheries and Forestry.
