AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (CEREALS) ACT, 1933 (PARTS I TO VII) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1933. WHEREAS it is enacted by section 2 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 , (No. 7 of 1933), that the said Act shall come into operation on such day or days as may be fixed therefor by any joint order or orders of the Minister for Industry and Commerce and the Minister for Agriculture either generally or with reference to any particular purpose or provision and different days may be so fixed for different purposes and different provisions of the said Act. NOW, WE, the Minister for Industry and Commerce, and the Minister for Agriculture in exercise of the powers conferred on us by the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 , (No. 7 of 1933), and of every and any other power us in this behalf enabling do hereby jointly order as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 , (Parts I to VII) (Commencement) Order, 1933. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 , (No. 46 of 1923) applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas. 3. The 24th day of May, 1933, is hereby fixed and appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 , (No. 7 of 1933), that is to say, Parts I, III, IV, V, VI and VII, and the First, Second and Third Schedules, shall come into operation. 4. The 31st day of May, 1933, is hereby fixed and appointed as the day on which Part II of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1933 , (No. 7 of 1933), shall come into operation.
