AN ACT TO AMEND THE LAW RELATING TO THE CLOSING OF PRISONS AND TO THE USE, CONTROL AND DISPOSAL OF PRISONS WHICH HAVE BEEN CLOSED, AND TO MAKE PROVISION FOR OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID.
