MILK AND DAIRIES ACT, 1935 (SALE OF MILK IN COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT OF OFFALY) ORDER, 1986. The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (1) of section 33 of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 (No. 22 of 1935), as adapted by article 4 of the Health (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1947 (S.R. and O. 1947 No. 58), hereby orders as follows:— 1. This Order may be cited as the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 (Sale of Milk in County Health District of Offaly) Order, 1986. 2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order. 3. On and after the 1st day of December, 1986 the sale of milk is hereby prohibited in the County Health District of Offaly unless such milk is sold under a special designation within the meaning of Part IV of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this 29th day of October 1986. This Order prohibits, with effect from 1st day of December, 1986 the sale of milk in the County Health District of Offaly unless such milk is sold under a special designation within the meaning of Part IV of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935
