I, JOHN BRUTON, Minister for Industry, Trade, Commerce and Tourism, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 3 of the Trade Marks Act, 1963 (No. 9 of 1963), and of the Trade, Commerce and Tourism (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1983 ( S.I. No. 384 of 1983 ), hereby, with the sanction of the Minister for Finance, make the following Rules: 1. (1) These Rules may be cited as the Trade Marks Rules, 1963 (Amendment) Rules, 1985. (2) These Rules shall come into operation on the 1st day of March, 1985. (3) The Trade Marks Rules, 1963 to 1983, and these Rules may be cited together as the Trade Marks Rules, 1963 to 1985. 2. The Trade Marks Rules, 1963 ( S.I. No. 268 of 1963 ), are hereby amended by the substitution for Schedule I (inserted by the Trade Marks Rules, 1963 (Amendment) Rules, 1983 ( S.I.
