I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 34 of the Landlord and Tenant (Ground Rents) Act, 1967 (No. 3 of 1967), with the concurrence of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following Regulations: 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Ground Rents Registers (Amendment) Regulations, 1983. 2. The Ground Rents Registers Regulations, 1967 ( S.I. No. 152 of 1967 ), and these Regulations may be cited together as the Ground Rents Registers Regulations, 1967 and 1983. 3. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of December, 1983. 4. The Ground Rents Registers Regulations, 1967, are hereby amended by the substitution of the following for the Second Schedule: "SECOND SCHEDULE Fees to be charged for inspection of, and for copies of entries in, registers of awards: Item 1: Inspecting each register Item 2: Delivery of a copy of each entry signed by county registrar GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 25th day of November, 1983.
