No. 242 of 2025 S.I. No. 253 of 2025 ), hereby order as follows: 1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Immigration Act 2004 (Visas) (Amendment) Order 2026. (2) This Order comes into operation on 16 February 2026. 2. The Immigration Act 2004 (Visas) Order ( S.I. No. 473 of 2014 ) is amended – (a) by the substitution of the following for Schedule 2: “SCHEDULE 2 Article (3)(b)(v) and Article 3(f) Bosnia and Herzegovina Republic of North Macedonia People’s Republic of China South Africa Republic of Moldova ”, and (b) in Schedule 5, by the substitution of “Republic of Moldova” for “Moldova”.
