AN ACT TO EXTEND THE LIMIT OF TIME IMPOSED BY THE TRADE LOANS (GUARANTEE) (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1931 , ON THE GIVING OF GUARANTEES AND THE MAKING OF LOANS UNDER THE TRADE LOANS (GUARANTEE) ACT, 1924 AND TO ENABLE THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE TO LIMIT THE TIME WITHIN WHICH APPLICATIONS FOR SUCH GUARANTEES AND SUCH LOANS MAY BE MADE.
