I, NORMA FOLEY, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 30 of the Education and Training Boards Act 2013 (No. 11 of 2013) and having regard to the matters set out in subsections (3) and (4) of that section, hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Education and Training Boards Act 2013 (Composition of Local Authority Membership) Order 2024. 2. A local authority specified in column (1) of the Schedule shall elect the number of members specified in column (2) of the Schedule opposite the reference to the local authority, to the education and training board specified in column (3) of the Schedule, opposite the reference to the local authority concerned. 3. The Education and Training Boards Act 2013 (Composition of Local Authority Membership) Order 2014 ( SI 272/2014 ) is revoked.
